Author Talk/Book Signing: Anne Howard - Monday, September 17, 6:00 PM

New Hartford resident Anne Howard will speak about her newly published book, "His Garden: Conversations with a Serial Killer", in which she tells the story of William Devin Howell, "Connecticut's most prolific serial killer". Attorney Howard gained exclusive information by gaining the trust of the imprisoned Howell, and through letters, phone calls, and face-to-face interviews, pieced together his story.
