For more than 180 years, the quaint home of the Bakerville Library has stood as both a touchstone of our common past and a threshold into the future we all share.
Come see for yourself.

Bakerville Marketplace and Used Book Sale: June 7th

The Bakerville Marketplace will begin at 10 am at the library and continue until 2 pm, with children’s activities (cupcake making! bounce house!), food (something delicious from Barden Farm!), cotton candy, facepainting, a baby goat, a wreath-making demonstration, plants, and a teacup auction.

The Used Book Sale will begin at 9 am at the library annex (next door) and continue until 2 pm. Early bird opening is at 8:30 am; admission is $7.

If you have books you'd like to donate to the book sale because you're making room for your new indoor tennis court (or just room for new books, or room to breathe), please feel free to bring them to the library during open hours.

The Friends of the Bakerville Library, plus some special helpers, have been busily sorting books to make your shopping easier on the 7th.

We would like to thank the Beekley Library for collecting used books on our behalf.

We would also like to thank the Bakerville Methodist Church for their cooperation and help with the new building.
